We designed Occhi to be a hybrid of a digital magazine. We publish frequently, to keep our content fresh. Our site is content-driven. We want to keep you entertained by releasing new features and sections as they’re completed. Our focus is on people – who they are, what they do, and how they do it. We feature up and coming rising stars to critically acclaimed award-winning artists on the platform, the accompanying YouTube channel, and podcast. Our interviews highlight the interviewee’s career, projects, and interests. Our reviews are honest, with emphasis on film/song analysis and critique.
We started as a digital platform based in New York, with reporters in Arizona, California, Canada, Illinois, and Ohio. The team currently includes writers in Toronto, Minnesota, New Mexico, New Jersey, New York, and London.
Our website is accessed globally, and it is available 24/7. We cover arts and entertainment, as well as fashion and beauty. Anything related to art, we showcase it. We’re always adding new features, so expect to see new sections periodically added to the website.
We represent and feature artists on our online platforms. We showcase visual artists, musicians, and other creatives working in the arts. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us. We would love to hear from you.
Our mission is to diversify the mainstream and challenge the status quo by working across mediums with local and international artists, digital designers, films makers/producers, writers, and the public. We will support artists and their practice - through development, production, exhibition, and engagement with fellow artists, art buyers, and the wider public.
We exhibit an eclectic variety of contemporary art by American, British, and International artists, with an integrated program of exhibitions, including solo and group exhibitions, introducing innovative perspectives in the execution of painting, sculpture, photography, performance, video, and works on paper.
